Yes, you can create another email address for your business.
You can either do an EXTRA ADDRESS- =YOU ARE ALLOWED 6 ALIASES AND 1 EXTRA ADDRESS PER EMAIL ACCOUNT

OR A SEPERATE ACOUNT. AND THEN HAVE THE SAME OPTIONS

All you have to do when you want to access the account is sign out of one and sing into the other.

so for and extra email address:
Go to Mail
Click on Options (r hand corner)
then click on Mail addresses
then on extra email addresses click on more info

and that will give you and extra address

For Business i would almost recommend doing another account- and keep it all simple
