Where on the screen is "mail options" so I can add a business to my incoming address book?

An on-line company wants to send me e-mails - which is okay with me - but I need to add them to my "mail options," which is supposed to be on the right side of the screen, but I can't find it...then I'm supposed to click, "filters," but I can't find the "mail options!!!" Help!!! Please...

to add a business contact manually

on extreme right, there is a link called "Options".

next, on the left, there is a link called "Address Book".

afterwhich, click on the button "Add Contact".

enter your business contact info. click "Save".

to add the business contact from an email he sent to your Inbox

open up his email.

on the top there, look for his email address and sender name.

next to it, there is a link called "Add to Address Book".

enter some quick info about this business contact.

still inside his email, on the top again, click on "View Contact Details".

Inside his contact details, click the button "Edit" on top.

from there, u can enter more info for this business contact eg. office phone, fax etc.

Click "Save".

click options on right side of screen on left side other options will come up. click mail then go to filters
