If you need to look up or find a phone number or address for a local business, Do You? |
a) use the paper phonebook Most often, the internet. But if I'm not on the computer, and there is a phonebook around, I use that. net I use the Web first. use the internet. it is the easiest. :) A) first because they may have more information about services offered If I have access to the computer I would use the internet, if not I dial 4-1-1. 1st ---paper phone book C) OTHER = 411! If it's local, I use the phonebook. I always use the phone book when looking up local numbers. I hate having to search through a dozen different websites full of local business listings until I find the site that actually mentions the particular business I want to inquire about. Half the time local businesses aren't listed at all, so it's just a waste of my effort to look on the net. b |

Yes ...call them and ask if they have an email address maybe they don't ...Look in the phone book that is 5 years old...or however long back you want to look.
