I want to incorporate a business, can I use my residence address for the registered address or the lawyers ?

That kind of depends on the state in which you're registering. Most states do allow you to have the attorney's office as a registered address, but you'll still be required to list your home address since you're an officer of the corporation.

Just as a heads up, though-if you happen to switch lawyers, it's a royal pain in the well known to change all of the paperwork to another address, so think carefully before you use your lawyer's address.

You can get incorporated cheap, use a paralegal or do it yourself.

I have found incorporating a small business may not be neccessary.
