How can I find the billing address for a cell-phone number? I have the name of person and business.?

This business is a scam and I would like to know where it is located to keep them from taking other people to the cleaners like they did my mother. Please help. I do not know the cell-phone carrier.

I know the area code, I just need a web site address, if possible that will let me enter the number and will bring up the address the phone number is billed to. I have been to the BBB and all they let you do is file a complaint, but you need an address for the business.

I would go to the Better Business Bureau or the police because there isn't a directory for cell phone #s. They can do all the research and would probably have to take legal action. The area code should be enough to tell them where the # is based.

do a reverse look up on line on the phone number. is a good way to start as well look up the scamers location . as for the cell number look toward . your local police as well telephone company as well , in my opion?
