How do I get a e-mail address that has person's name then @ business name .com?

you have to have an administrator's access to create email accounts.

let's say, you have the domain name: hotbiz.com. your domain name service will give you a right to create whatever number of email accounts you would want to use per your domain name service plan. let's say, they give you 50 email accounts. then you can start creating email accounts like:
info@hotbiz.com, john.doe@hotbiz.com etc.

bottom line, you have to have an administrator right to create email accounts.

whether or not it's actually free, i don't know..

you do have to have a cell phone with sms text messaging to receive an authorization code, though...
