How do you finding Someone's Address with only a Cell Phone Number?

I was defrauded by a construction worker and would like to sue them in small claims court. I would like to find out the individuals' home address (there is no business address) where I can serve them with papers. I only have the person's cell phone number. Do you know of any resources that will allow me to track this person down by using their cell phone number?

I do have the person's old address - they moved in April. But, how do you find the new address?

Give it to the police. They can get the cell company to do a trace on the owners new details.

You cannot do it with only a cell phone number. Those numbers are not listed, and the providers do not have the right to provide that personal information.

just call the phone co, and tell them you have an emergency

the previous poster is incorrect..the phone company is not permitted to give out this information. Someone cheated me on my car and I had no transportation and it was a large sum of money. I am poor and called crying information. they said they were not permitted to give info out but about an hour later, I got an anonymous call given me the phone number. though this person of sympathy, I was able to take him to small claims court and though he paid s small monthly payment an it took years, eventually I got repaid. I'm sorry this doesn't help you with you problem, but I thought I'd tell this true story.
