Address Envelopes? Right way to put Att. of someone you are sending this to?

I f addressing an envelope, Name of Business,,street address, and City address. After that you shouldn't put down, Att. of a certain party? I think that after you put City and Zip, that should end

on the left bottom corner
Attn.

Attn: Name, dept # is always with the company name before the address. I receive a lot of mail in a large corporation and about half of it comes with "Attn:" above the company name and half with "Attn:" below the company name but always before the address.
