Suggest any latest terms used for addressing business letters?

Specially the closing lines, similar to: 'Best Regards', 'warm regards', Thanks & regards etc. Something new & better being used for overseas business clients.

"Kind regards" is what I see a lot in European business letters.

In less formal e-mails, people often just write "Regards".
