If I set up a new email address, can I import my contacts and folders to it? To someone else's address?

Sick of spam and wanting to start new address for business anyway. I want to be able to import all my stuff from one address to the other. Lots of other people have asked me the same thing. Also, how do you put an image in an email without making someone have to link to a website?

Depending on your email service, there is usually a feature that allows you to export your address book as a text file. Then, once you've set up your new address you can either import them back in or copy/paste depending on the quality of the service.
