Is this a real address for a business and or this person? Or is this person another person playing a joke on me?

Doesn't even matter if it is a valid address - I could put 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington DC on all my mail and it doesn't make me the president....
Is it an email saying he needs your help because his accounts have been mistakenly frozen and asks you to front him money until it all gets straightened out and then he'll cut you a percentage of what he's worth?
