I want to report people on messenger that are posing as business purposes?

They want your address, phone numbers, email address personal information for business purposes to work for their company....one person has contacted me three times. I think something should be done about this. This is not the first time that some one has contacted me wanting my address. and personal information I have reported this person as spam before and he is still contacting me
how many other people are tricked into this
HIS YAHOO ID IS richardwilsonlove2. I think this man is into taking innocent people id....i can't even get online and talk to friends without some person like this aggrevating me to death. Please look into this
