I need to add a second yahoo email address, please explain in depth, understand i am new working with computer

i currently have a yahoo email address, i need to create a new email address that is more business appropriate. i have checked other peoples posted answers to this question but they were of no help. please take me step by step, i would truly appreciate your help. i need to add this alternate yahoo email address asap. thank you!
