Which web site can i put in a post code for a home address?

iv'e tried bt web site ,post office web site and yellow pages. the one i need is for a privite address. not for a business. any ideas?

The official post office website has an address finder which does residential and business although you have to register a free account. The postcode can be found by address or address can find the postcode. Situated online here.

www.royalmail.com has always worked for me. You need to register but its free.

Definitelty the Royal Mail or the Post Office websites...perhaps you may need to register.

Your other alternative is to look at local electoral registers in the area - but again you will need a name
One other, last idea is a site called 'STREETFINDER' - where you will see maps of local areas - maybe that might be helpful.
