Why does Yahoo not address the problems they are having......? |
Why don't they post a bulletin or something? It's obvious they are having problems, but to not address their customers is bad business!! Not only can I not get into messenger, I can't get into my 360 page either!! Ok...to the asshole who ask me if I was going to stop using it....no I am not. I just think they should post a bulletin or something so everyone know up front! FYI...I never got notice about any maitenance and unlike some of you, I do pay for some yahoo services as my ISP is tied to yahoo, so don't judge other by their question! They have I have Yahoo sbc dsl and they said they should have it fixed by 12 noon central time when i CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER there to busy tring to fix it, or ther just too lazy they did , everyone missed it , yahoo is making an upgrade they will be up soon Yahoo! Stated that there is an internal system server error which is periodically occuring. This occured from last night actually. I was able to check my mail this morning, but that was after logging in 5 times. One trick you can try is to log into Yahoo! Mail Canada, UK/Ireland, or India (or somewhere that speaks english) to access mail - since they use a networked but seperate server. Let us know if you are having luck. For messenger, give it couple more minutes, or log into Web Messenger @ http://messenger.yahoo.com/. Maybe their on another coffee break and will respond when they get back...:-) Server is down for maintenance. Try using an international site like yahoo.de after you are already logged into another part of yahoo. I agree. It took me forever just to get on Q/A. I sent a feedback message to them saying "see Q/A" - that people want to know. I don't know that it will do any good though. It's getting frustrating. Rarely do I expect an important email but guess what? Today I am.......it figures. Must be a full moon LOL they should post a notice in their blog or something. everyone keeps asking the same question Bad Business? are you really going to stop using Yahoo messenger? or change your email address away from yahoo? need to open chat and e-mail too dear faithful yahoo customer we are having a technical problem with our system as of this moment. we appreciate your concern, we will notify you when we are up and running again. |
