In the US must one register with the local government to start a business? |
to start a business must one go to the local /state or federal government to register what they do, sell/make, the name and address/ contact info of their planned business? The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in. I'm glad my answer helped you out. Thank you for the best answer vote! Write to your local registrar. (Look under State Government in the phone book.) They'll tell you what you need. You do need the proper forms to start a business. yes you must get a business license, so they can be sure that you are paying taxes . and it goes on a list of new businesses somewhere ,because solicitors start calling you immediately after you register |
