How do I set up separate names for external mail (POP) addresses, to show my business name(s) in emails?

you mean, you wanna send e-mails to your friends like: harry but when you wanna send a mail from the same e-mailclient you wanna send it like this: harrison ford? (just an example)

my theory:

- if you have more than one account in your e-mail client (such as outlook) then you can go here: open the mail client, go to tools, then acount, mailing accounts (this is where your accounts are) and mark out one and see properties and outgoing name --> you can change the way you want, now change the other too if you want, save and then close
