Can NOT delete an inbox and trash - its a business, what Can I do?

I requested inf fom a business on the internet, gave my email address, they answered my question, I have replied to them, deleted 100 times from inbox and trash and their inf stil remains help HELP HELP

Something is wrong with your email try downloading yahoo again. As your email is saved on yahoo's server you may be able to contact yahoo with the help button in the top right corner of your mail page and ask them to delete it for you.
