Would someone please tell me how to set up Outlook on my laptop for my business at home?

I have a home-based business and need to store addresses on my laptop to be able to send emails to my clients. I tried to set it up and got all fouled up and it won't send messages.

You need to set the outgoing (smtp) and incoming (pop3) server addresses, your login name (which often is also your email address) and password. Check the addresses with your mail provider, many now do not support pop3 without an extra subscription charge. You may need to delete any emails stuck in the outbox before it will send anything, even whern you get the configuration right.
