Instead of addressing the nation's business, the Dems continue to demonstrate their weakness on defense - why?

Since the non-binding resolution is nothing more than a political stunt, why are the Weak Sisters doing it? Is it to feed more pablum to their adoring supporters? Is it a way to avoid tackling the much tougher domestic issues that they are ignoring? Or are they just taking yet another working vacation on our nickel? I think Little Nancy ought to buckle down and get to work for a change; who knows, maybe she could accomplish something worthwhile.

If they had any real guts they would cut funding for the war. Non binding resolutions are something they use to placate the masses of uniformed people who don't understand what is really going on in the world.

This is a good question. The Democrats have done nothing so far but to pass non binding resolutions. We all understand they are against the war. So why not do some thing like give us their solutions to ending this non end able war. Beside cutting an running to hide like the terrorist lovers they are. Where is the positive resolutions to the protection of the USA. Where are the brilliant minds and programs that the Dems, have offered us. Not one positive action has come out of the Congress that could do any good or bad. Just mostly rhetoric do nothing but gripe and whine about the problem they voted to do. Bush is the President but the laws are passed by Congress under the constitution. Where is the BEEF as one has said in the passed?

um because our nation is not really in any threat at all. We have the largest army, biggest weapons, and most nuclear bombs of anyone. The problem is people like you who believe the mass media scare taticts to make you think that we are all going to die because of some small 3rd world country.

I think this non-binding resolution is very bad timing on the Dem's part and just ***** while our troops are really in "Harms Way." I support our troops!!!

The Demoncrats have always been the destroyers of the military - one need only look at the Peanut farmer for how bad it became- Thank God for President Reagan. Demoncrats never face hard issues - they run from them - tax you to poverty and then claim we are helping the American people. They blame everyone else when something goes bad. Kennedy - how many men died because of inaction like the Bay of Pigs - Clinton NAFTA - causing hundreds of jobs to Leave this country - But they are quick to place blame everywhere but on themselves.
