Someone is using my trademarked name in a yahoo.com address i.e. trademarked@yahoo.com. Any legal relief?

Can I sue for trademark infringement or have yahoo cancel the email account??? The party (a competitor) is using this address in an attempt to sign my business up for services I don't want.

Probably. Check Yahoo's legal notices -- they should explain Yahoo's procedures on how to deal with this kind of situation.

There are a number of possible grounds for suit. Watch the costs on this -- the expense of having your attorneys pursue the bad guys can quickly outstrip the value. Just sending letters can cost several thousand dollars. Consult with counsel, but maybe think about doing as much of the leg work yourself as you can. Good luck. -Steve
