I need a way to find the previous owner of a business to collect a debt. where can i go to get this informatio

I know there is a website that offers free public records for business owners, buyers, sellers, etc. I have searched on yahoo and google and have not found such a place. browardclerks has only civial and criminal info. I need the address and phone number of a prior business owner to collect on an outstnading debt. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

Maybe you could get that information from the person who owns the business now. They should have contact information being that they purchased it from them. Other than that, depending on how much the debt is for, you could consider a collection agency, but they will take a percentage of what they collect. Good luck.

All the services I know are paid services.....if you dont know the name you should be able to call the courthouse there and find out who the owner is or was....if you already know there are millions of phone lookups online unless ofc the person is unlisted. Other than that I'm no help
