Is this address genuine? 601 W. Boise Ave. P.O. Box 8433 Cleveland Blvd. United States?

An Organisation that calls itself EAGEAP(European American Global Employment Aid Programme) claimed the above mentioned address which has no Zip Code and located in Idaho State in the US as their Head Office.
I am keen on establishing the authenticity or otherwise of this address because the Organisation duped me of $4,500 USD in a recent business deal and changed their telefax and e-mail address thereafter. They claim to be experts in procurring visas and securing jobs and accomodation for people who want to immigrate to the US

Honestly it doesn't sound right. The address would look more like....

1234 Whatever Blvd. (or a PO Box but not both)
Whichever City, Some State
