How do I locate a merchant/retailor someone used a credit card in my name using a credit report w/o an address

all I have is something that resembles"85689967 - 76 Circle K -$98.76 ",on my credit report. Is there someway that I can use this to determine state,address or what kind of businesses these particular places are?

No, but you can call your credit card company, have the charge disputed as fraud, cancel your card and have the balance and everything transferred onto a new card with a new number just in case the person tries to use that card again.
