Could a foreigner register a business in the US? |
Could a company/business be incorporated in the US by a forigner not residing in the US? What type of business can be incorporated (LLC etc). Does it need a local address, local contact, is there any agency that provides this service? Incorporations are done through the states, so it's best to contact the state directly.
