Black listed e mail address. Any advice please? |
My Yahoo e mail address had been blocked by blacklist_comcastnet@cable.comcast.com.I have a small business so I do need my e mail. I don't know anything about why my address had been blocked and how long I will have that.. At first I couldn't send anything, now it seems I don't have any mail. I didn't do anything to get that. I had no idea until my mail had been disabled. In sent folder I had just 8 mail Firstly if you are on a blacklist your pc might have been hijacked and is acting as a spam mail bot,spam will be being sent from your account and computer,the recipients have then reported you as the spammer. You need to get in contact with the mail administrators of cable.com and ask them to be unblocked. Sometimes automated systems can block a legitimate e-mail address and you simply have to contact them to resolve the matter. |
