Need to keep track of business card info? |
I have a boss who has a TON of business cards and wants to keep track fo these cards and make notes about the people who gave them to him. However, he is "behind the times" and doesn't really want it to be electronic - he has a rolodex at the moment - but it isn't large enough to keep track of all of them - does anyone have an easy electronic address book or a non-electronic way to help him keep track of his customers/business contacts/ etc.? Oh - he is on a Mac and I'm not very familiar with Macs, but it does not have "Outlook", which is what i use for all of this or Google's e-mail program's address book. I don't know what to do for him if he doesn't want to keep track of this on the computer - but I think it is easier to find someone when you have it on the computer - not sure what to do w/out Outlook though.... On a Mac, you can use NOW contact. i am sure there are other programs that could be used. Any data base program for instance. |
