Seeking U.S. Business Loan for business overseas?

I am currently overseas (Bahrain) and about to get out of the military. How do I go about getting a Business Loan from the United States. I have excellent established (12 yrs) credit (with the exception of two credit cards that are 75% full), and $15K of disposable income seeking a $50-$75K Loan. I am currently in the process of seeking a loan from a lender (Bank of America), however, I feel they may reject my request because I do not have a physical address located in the United States.
