Address book help?

I was trying to delete a whole catagory and ended up deleting half my address book and now I'm freaking out.... doean anyone know how to get it back. i tried hitting the history button and that didn't work. Now, they are all gone and i try to run a small business out of this email and I'm really freaking out!!

If you mean Yahoo mail then you cant get it back. Do you have paper copies of any of your clients invoices etc. that you can go back to and get the addresses from?
