Back to changing email address in My Account settings. Getting there is no problem; but it won't let me.? |
We switched ISP; so what is listed as primary email is now totally invalid and we don't want any mail goin to that account. When you have a business and/or have been a long time member of the yahoo community I just don't want to have to start all over with new account and new nics etc. Come on...there has to be a way to preform a simple operation like changing/updating email address. HELP I thought so to, but have been unable to even open a new account; as yahoo says my birthdate comes back invalid.I thought maybe yahoo help central might help. Well if there is a way Yahoo has kept the secret very well hidden. I think you cannot do it. However you can try going to My Account, (under your screen name) Manage My Account, and click around in there until you find the way to contact Yahoo, assuming you use their services for other than just mail. Like they do my Web Hosting and I use Phone Out. how do you change your email addresses |
