Does yahoo frown on people using yahoo e-mail for contacting business associates and interested people?

I was informing my business associates of a meeting yesterday and sent them all an e-mail. I opened an email of someone requesting information about the company and when I tried to send her a reply, my address was blocked...What can I do? I do not think I was doing anything wrong. I was just trying to do business. I guess Yahoo! does not like to help non-profits raising money...that is what I help non-profits do...It is hard to get ahold of anyone to find out what happened...I have no access to the incoming e-mails...when I tried to send an e-mail to the unaccessable address, it was returned to me...with a message that was not favorable....I feel that this was an unjust action on Yahoo!'s part. What recorse do I have? This is very frustrating! If Yahoo! is claiming I am spamming, that is like the "pot calling the kettle black" I often receive unwanted mail from Yahoo!

If Yahoo! really wouldn't like you, they could use this "question" against you as well because it is a violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines (which, by signing up, you agreed to have read, understand and uphold).
