You should go to an event organizer or the calebrities agent. He will not come if you invite him personally, first he doesnt know you, secondly you could be a terorist preparing for his kidnapping or murder, thirdly, without money or cause he wouldnt even talk to you via phone.

You idea is good but you have to plan correctly. Inviting him means you want the crowd to come and shop in your boutique, tht means money will come in like rain. To make the money come, you have to invest on it. Nothing is for free, even the friggin red cross association sometimes cost money.
