Does a yahoo domain have a unique IP address? |
I have a domain name registered with Yahoo Small Business. I want to upgrade to Hosting but I want to know if my domain name has a unique IP address and where can I find it? It seems that other hosting companies I've used just use their own IP address and then I end up not being able to get my site indexed. Any advice is appreciated. example - I got: 66.94.234.13 for yahoo.com No..it is session dependent..what i mean is for every session it changes..it also depends on ur global location and the nearest server that is used.. To use your existing domain name with Yahoo! Web Hosting, you need to contact your domain registrar and request a name server change to redirect your existing domain name to your new web site hosted by Yahoo! Web Hosting. |
