Do you know of a program to help me in my business?

I run a small internet trading business, taking orders, placing the orders with suppliers who deliver the goods directly to my customers.
I need a program to produce a Purchase Order to email to my supplier and an Order Confirmation/Sales Invoice to email to my customer, At present I have to input Name, Address, Delivery Address, Order Number, Product, Quantity and Price onto the Sales ionvoice and then input most of that info again for the Purchase Order.
I am looking for a Program/System which will save me from having to input everything twice. It would save me an awful lot of time.
Naturally enough, I don't want to spend too much money on it or, what little profit I make, will be eaten up.
Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

This is the baby brother of QuickBooks which is what my (much larger) business uses.

You can go to www.intuit.com and download a free copy (I think) it will be a trial version and if you like it, I believe it costs around $50. You can also buy it at office supply stores and warehouse stores like CostCo. But I would download the trial version first to see if it will work for you.

"Quickbooks" one of the small business applications, would be a good choice but it's not cheap. If you don't mind doing a little work yourself and have basic knowledge in the database area, there are freeware database applications you can download and customize to your needs.

Quicken, Quickbooks or Peachtree are the best but I say Quickbooks is easier than Peachtree, not that Peachtree is difficult but Quickbooks has a cleaner look to it, making everything very clear. Quicken I think like the other girl said is just a smaller version of Quickbooks, so it's probably cheaper. Take a run to a BestBuy store (or the like) and give a look. They have many different kinds of Accounting Software for this type of work.
