Type of house plant?

I am trying to find out the name of a common house plant, you see many of them in doctor offices. The "leaves" or branches look like a palm tree. They sell them at stores all the time but naturally...not in my area LOL (ah, small town life! hehe). I'd like to get one off ebay but I don't know what they're called. Thanks!
