Do you ever have LGBT hallucinations?

I think I'm having one right now. I know I have a little fever and sore throat, and since there is no food in me yet today I might be a little off my gayme here, but as I look across the office I swear I see in the pattern of the wallpaper and the shadows of the bare branches blowing in the breeze outside my window, I swear I see a really buff naked guy flashing me. Does that ever happen to you?
