What can i do, my local area network is down, i cant get to the server in my other branch/town.?

Server at the branch is perfect and evrything else.. but back to my office i cant process anything coz i cant go through the server.

I am assuming that you are LAN admin. This sounds like that your LAN is fine and your server is down. Since you are able to confirm that your branch server is running. You most likely was able to PING the branch server. This means that your LAN is good.

Now onto your server, how did you determined that the server is down? Did you PING it?

Can you terminal service into the server? As a user, you will need to be added to the group in order to MSTC to the server.

Check the server's event log to check for errors.

Bypass the server and the network if necessary and take a hard line from the source.
