Why do you despise the support branch MOS's?

Do you not like all of them or is it just the individual's. I'm talking about the combat Mos's or units that go out on missions and so forth. Than there is I, finance, that don't "engage" in combat but do travel on the road or by heli. You don't like us or talk ish about us, but without us you would be more miserable. So I'm just curious if its just the people that are complaining about there conditions or if its the Mos? I personally don't complain about the conditions because I know other people have it worse. I do find it annoying for those that do whine all the time and there sitting in air conditioned offices. But if your one of those people that just don't like that Mos why didn't you pick that job then? Because obviously you are jealous, am I right? FYI about 90% of finance males are colorblind making us not able to be infantry. I was gonna chose that but I wasn't able to, I only had 2 choices commo or finance. Glad I wasn't able to chose infantry too, yall get my support.

As far as I am concerned, support works both ways. We support you so you can do your job in "relative" safety....Mortars don't know the difference between comabat arms and support. And we try to keep the bad guys out of your territory. Personally, I appreciate my pay and medical records kept up to date, my chow and ammo coming when I want it, and my vehicles in good running order. What else could I ask for. Nothing but a total team effort. You chose your job, I chose mine. Thanks for your support. I couldn't have lived without it.

And to clarify, for the less perceptive out there: of course we realize that it's a team effort and not EVERYone is like that. It's the posers and complainers that we don't like. If the shoe fits...

well id imagine that after going out everyday and seeing your fellow squad mates get wounded and even killed and for you 2 come bck and see a unit that has no loss might be just a little aggravating.
but i agree with the fact taht iour military needs every position so that everyone can be ready to goout and do their jobs.

I would handle this one of two ways with my subordinates and co-workers and say something like: "If your pay is screwed up and you are not getting paid like you should who are you going to talk to about it and who is going to fix it for you?" Another example is when someone is hurt or sick and who processes that persons paperwork so that they or their dependents can be seen or treated? Most quickly realize and understand the significance of that question and then realize that they need support people more than they realize and it takes a team effort for any military to operate effectively and efficiently. People that don't realize this and/or mistreat those or look down their nose at others because of their status, job, or MOS/AFSC are shallow-minded and probably just idiots to everyone in general.
