When head office not providing technical support to the branch what branch head to do?

I am working in pvt co. heading branch office due to miss match with the head office personals I am not supported with proper technical guidence and intime financial support for the work to carry out , due to taht I am loosing my reputation with my clients and the work complition getting delayed, at this point of time what should i do

I don't know how close your head office is, but if it's close, I would designate someone to hold down the fort at your branch, and make a personal trip to the head office (that is, if you have tried calling them with the problem).

Take whatever evidence you have of the lack of support, and prepare your statement in advance to be short and to the point. Other than that, I wish you luck.

Best to keep your reputation, look at other jobs in your area if you have no luck with your head office.

When you Communicate with them, try and do it by email not telephone.
you can then keep a copy of all the emails as proof.
next time you request more support, be polite, explain the situation and...Copy the email to your contacts boss as well.
