I work in Arkansas as a BOA. I started at $9.00 in 3/00. I have had 2%-9% raises each year. There is no cap on your lifetime salary!! I make upwards of $15 now just hourly. You can get bonuses, etc. It will depend on where you live in respect to the metro areas. Our hiring department spends big bucks each year to do market research to make sure our salaries are inline with comparable positions. I have found it to be a great company to work for. Great profit sharing each year, 401(K) match, etc. I love my job! They also offer tuition reimbursement. I have completed my undergrad in Finance and working on MBA to be completed in Dec. 07! You will get a raise after being there 6 months and successfully completing "Basic Training". You and the IR will do the performance review.
