I do not believe Yahoo has a lottery...

THIS IS A SCAM, just like it has been as SCAM to the hundreds of people who have written the same question. Stop opening emails from people/organizations you don't know. (FYI, I received this too, but recognized that their email address was not a valid Yahoo address)
