What can I do with this kind of boss?

He has been changing the protocol and processes and then he asked me to do some real wrong things with paperwork and money. Immediately I called the CEO and reported this to him. Then I also drafted an email and sent it across to the same person. They respected me and have asked me to fly to their branch office this Friday and meet with the CEO.
Do I open up with all the truth?
Do I report whatever my boss has done?
Do I speak frankly and tell them what I feel?
Please tell me what is the best way I can speak to a CEO of an american international company and how can I impress him?
I have done a great job and received many praises and most of them know I have done well... I do have people who do not like me doing this well, but I have this one chance to meet this CEO and what should I do to get a good name.

Please give me some valuable feedback if you are also in the same level of a CEO/President/COO. I am a Manager from India with bosses in the USA. Thank you for the advice. Bye

Honesty is always best. There is an old adage that falsely states that the truth hurts ( but only if you keep it hidden ). Truth will set you free, as well as CYA ( cover your butt) in the event your crooked boss tries to implicate you in his nonsense. You are a more vibrant person than to allow this type of chicanery to regress your spirit.

Report the truth.

yes you tell them the truth try not to exaggerate the circumstances while still getting the point across that you think that what this boss is doing is wrong

Yes always be truthful stay away from accusing remarks only talk about what YOU FEEL do not point the finger to build yourself up. Talk about what you know for yourself to be right

again Avoid putting some one down to build you up!

I am sure you upset some people when you go over their heads I would have communicated with my immediate supervisor and BCC the email to the CEO
