Go to the USCIS website. Click on laws and regulations, 8 CFR, 8 CFR, scroll down to and click on 214.2, scroll down to "l". Start reading from there. You will need documentary proof of the legal relationship between the two companies, proof of the position held by the beneficiary and what position they will hold in the U.S., proof that the person signing the petition is authorized to sign the petition, proof that the beneficiary has worked in the qualifying capacity at least one full year (365 days) out of the last three years while outside the United States and so on and so on. Lots of companies use their annual reports as part of the documents provided, also tax returns can be helpful. If you are from India you will also need a visa from the Consulate. Go to the Department of State website and find the information page for the appropriate consulate and start reading there too.

More documents you have to prove that you are an established company in India and that you will be able to do good business in US, you will get the visa.
