Work for a foreign company over internet, should I pay tax? |
I'm a freelance consultant (Alian resident) working in U.S. for a foriegn company (has branch office in U.S.) over the internet, should I pay tax and file tax return? I believe that if you make $600 or more you have to file a 1099. So probably would be in your best interest to file a return, unless you made less than $600. |
