Title Insurance Company Open to Accepting New Agents in DC?

Can anyone list some of the major title insurance companies that would be willing to work with an agent or attorney with relatively little title experience toward opening a branch office? Southern Title, judging by the application, seems to require experience, so they are not an option. Thanks.

IMO - I am not sure any of these would be willing to open up an office headed by someone with little or no experience?
Its important in regards to title claims that there is a qualified person to examine the title who knows the law.

Well, there isn't any INCENTIVE for them to teach you the business while paying you! What you're REALLY looking for is a title business consultant that's going to pay YOU, and the market doesn't work that way.

You need to get a job working for someone else, to get the experience you need, and the marketplace knowledge to start your own shop.

People don't PAY you to teach you how to be their competitors. It doesn't work that way in the real world.
