How can a foreigner like me find an IT job in Moscow?

I've never been there all my life but i speak russian,I am 22. just graduated out of Uni..now working for a small German IT firm at its branch office here.

I have worked in St.Petersburg, and I found out through the US Embassy there. you may try US Embassy in Moscow first.
If this does not satisfy you then you can try Consular of Foreign Affairs.

NOTE: if you expect same pay as US forget it. my same job in America pays ten times what I made in Russia for same job. however, there are variants to this rule. check out all avenues before you commit. 写芯 褋胁懈写邪薪懈褟 Goodby!

Well, try to post your resume on some russian websites or have a look at big international companies that have branches in Russia.
The chances of getting a good job within IT area in Moscow is not that high, most international companies hire experienced expats or young engineers.
