Is this institution named World Employment and Literacy Coalition (WEALC) really exist ?

The information I got just, The headquarter is in London, Uk and there are 3 international branch office located in Canada, US and Germany.

All the information raises some questions:

Its website states that Wealc was incorporated and is headquartered in London, however there is no mention in its website of any London Office. Also the website domain (wealc.com) is registered to a "LR" with address in New Mexico.

The only information that someone could find on wealc is coming from its own website, surely an 8 years old World Coalition which works internationally with governments such as the English, German and Canadian would be mentioned more, would it not?
