I have a post office interview! help?

Hi,
I have got a face 2 face interview at a post office branch. Can anyone help me out. I will be required to answer 'job' based questions, and also complete a
short role play scenario, where i will be required to 'sell' one of the two
Post Office products to the branch manager. I donno what sort of job questions they will ask. How should i prepare for the interview. can anyone help me on this.

Be smartly dressed of course at least from the waist up lol.politeness will be important and cheerfulness.make sure to make conversation with your customer in your scenario with out being too chatty.And always end with "have a nice day".That should do it.

Did they suddenly do away with the civil service system and exams?

*dress smartly
*ask if your not sure what they mean when they ask you a question.
*keep eye contact.
*on the role play suggest the one of the 2 items ur selling that you think wud b a gd item.
*be honest
* do a role play at home before the interview to what u feel it will b like this wud give you the confidence and will make you less nervious.
