Which address will fill up on TDS Deposite Form,?

Hi, I Ruby Gupta want to know about which address will fill up on TDS Form ? Company Registered Address or Company Branch address where TDS Deduct will fill up. Actully Company have only one TAN No. and address given of Registered office and I was not know about it So I deposited TDS on Company branch address because TDS deduct on brance office so this time I am very afraid & feeling more guilty. Please advise me I did more mistake or not. If I did mistake then What will I do this Time.

Hi rubi,
You have mentioned that the Co has only one TAN of Corporate Office (Head Office).

If the TDS is deducted at branch office, the seperate TAN is required for the branch office.

If it is not taken. and the TDS paid with the TAN of Head Office, the address of that TAN is to be mentioned.

[ However in the challan of TDS, there is no requirement of mentioing of Address, TAN is enough]
