Is Cheney a moron? He actually said he cannot be subpoenaed by Congress? |
because the Vice Presidents office is not part of the Executive branch!! Please tell me where in the Constitution Congress has this right. Congress is not part of the judicial branch and its subpoenas are non-binding. And by the way, Cheney is really smart. You only need to watch him in a debate to see that. Remember the VP debates with Edwards? I felt bad for the guy - Cheney has virtually no charisma and he still pulled out the victory. Romney is the Mormon, not Cheney! No, he's not a moron. I think a few other different choice words do describe him though. HIstory is going to tear this administration a new one. Remember when Bush said there would be no moral scandals in his administration? And isn't it amazing how many people actually bought that nonsense? Cheney makes up for his lack of brains with his evil. That is how much he actually knows about the office. No he is not!!!!!! He's certainly acting as though he has something to hide and is making desperate attempts to do so! He also stated last year that he would probably not comply with a subpoena from a Democratic Congress. |
